You may return a furniture item within 10 days of the shipping date for a merchandise credit if you are unhappy with the item when it is delivered. You are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as the original shipping and handling charges when the item was shipped to you. Certain items may be subject to up to a 40% restocking fee, so please be sure that you want the product prior to ordering. Special Order items are not returnable.  Items received without a proper return authorization will not be accepted.  All items must be packed in their original manufacturer's packaging.  Items that have been built out of the box are not returnable even if they are disassembled, so please review your furniture order prior to building it.  In all of our years of doing online business, GottaHaveItInc.com has only had 1 Return and that was because the Customer purchased the wrong size Adirondack Chair by mistake.
