Internet Purchases Return Policy (For purchases made online with credit card via our online shopping cart)

You may return a furniture item within 10 days of the shipping date for a merchandise credit if you are unhappy with the item when it is delivered. You may return other items within 10 days of the shipping date for a merchandise credit if you are unhappy with the item when it is delivered. You are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as the original shipping and handling charges when the item was shipped to you. Certain items may be subject to up to a 40% restocking fee, so please be sure that you want the product prior to ordering. If you need any help making ordering decisions please call and we will be happy to assist you. You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to shipping any item back to us. Special Order items are not returnable.  Items received without a proper return authorization will not be accepted.  All items must be packed in their original manufacturer's packaging.  Items that have been built out of the box are not returnable even if they are disassembled, so please review your furniture order prior to building it. All items must be in original condition with no alterations.  In all of our years of doing online business, GottaHaveItInc.com has only had 1 Return and that was because the Customer purchased the wrong size Adirondack Chair by mistake.

You can join our email list and may also unsubscribe to it at any time. Please just allow ample processing time for your name to be removed after making your request.

Typographical, Photographic and Technical Errors

We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, however occasionally errors may occur. If a price is listed in error we may refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
