- Any and All Returns Require Written Return Authorization from GottaHaveItInc.com.
- If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
- Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping charges and you are responsible for shipping your package to us by an insured, safe, traceable method.
- All items must be unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with any portion of this policy.
