You may return a furniture item within 14 days of the shipment date for merchandise credit if you are unhappy with the item when it is delivered. You may return other items within 10 days of the shipment date for store credit if you are unhappy with the item when it is delivered. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Certain items may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee, so please be sure that you want the product prior to ordering. If you need any help making ordering decisions please call and we will be happy to assist you. You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to shipping any item back to us.

We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, however occasionally errors may occur. If a price is listed in error we may refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
